Louise has certificated training with Killgerm Training in The biology and control of wasps, ants and bees, safe use of pesticides, principles of insect control and safe use of Aluminium Phosphide for vertebrate pest control. She has also attended a bed bug management course with Clive Boase and the NPTA. Louise has a certified training qualification from The BASIS Registration Board in Principles of Rodent Control and is a recognised member of the BASIS Prompt Register (a register of managers and technicians providing professional pest control services and advice).
Lady Mole Catcher is also qualified to deal with fleas. As a professional wildlife management specialist, she has the knowledge and skills to deal with infestations as well as having access to specific insecticides which are not available to the general public. Fleas can be a common problem in UK households, especially if you have pets. The main UK flea species are the Dog Flea (Ctenocephalides canis) and the Cat Flea (Ctenocephalides felis). Even if you don't own any pets, these parasitic insects can already be lying dormant in your house or be carried into your house without your knowledge.
Louise Chapman has a certified training qualification from The BASIS Registration Board in Principles of Rodent Control and is a recognised member of the BASIS Prompt Register (a register of managers and technicians providing professional pest control services and advice). In the UK there are many species of mice but only a few are considered as pests and are therefore subject to control. Field mice (Apodemus sylvaticus) rarely go into houses but will find sheds and barns during the winter. They have a passion for fruit and vegetables so are a particular threat to farms and small holdings.
Lady Mole Catcher is also qualified to deal with garden or black ants. As a professional wildlife management specialist, she has the knowledge and skills to deal with infestations as well as having access to specific insecticides which are not available to the general public. Although there are thousands of ant species in existence across the world, here in the UK we live alongside garden or black ants (Lasius niger). These ants enjoy living outside in damp environments with plenty of nutrients - which is why they're often found on our lawns, in compost heaps, under flower pots and patios.
Lady Mole Catcher is also qualified to deal with bed bugs. As a professional wildlife management specialist, she has the knowledge and skills to deal with infestations as well as having access to specific insecticides which are not available to the general public. Bed bugs (Cimex Lectularius) are around 4 to 5mm long, red or brown in colour, oval in shape and do not have wings. Usually found in bedrooms, bed bugs feed on our blood through our skin. They are also attracted to our body heat and carbon dioxide from our breath.
