Great service! The company I work for has an MRP alarm system. I was unable to put set the alarm, due to the wooden door dropping in this awful weather... So the door was not closing against the sensor. MRP Alarms came out straight away and resolved the issue with a new sensor that works without the need for the old door to shut flush. Quick response to the problem & perfect service! 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend MRP Alarms! They are fantastic, I've had four houses all covered by MRP alarms over the past 16 years and I don't have a single negative thing to say about them. Installation is always quick, clean and professional, yearly services are always a positive experience, the flexibility offered by MRP is second to none, and they are ALWAYS so friendly. I love my alarm company. Been with them for years, across 5 different homes and also in our business premises and wouldn’t consider anyone else.
This is because they’ve always been consistently reliable & trustworthy. They’ve been there in a flash the odd time I’ve had any problems, like rabbits at home, breaking out of their cages in the early hours of the morning & going on a rampage! Or needing to block some zones on occasions... etc
The guys that come to service are professional and very nice. Always very careful with decor/carpets, and tidy up before they leave.
I recommend them to everyone, every time.
Matthew, one of our installation engineers, took delivery of his new company car today complete with ladder bars and triple ladders! Thanks to another Matthew and Mark at Charltons of Boroughbridge for looking after us as always, great customer service.
