IPS were clean and tidy when installing my alarm, i feel much safer with it at night knowing the bottom of my house is alarmed whilst i sleep! very good service from start to finish
The masonry screws for the tag readers were just scattered on the gravel drive round the house after they removed the cameras, as well as the camera cable ties. This drive is a bridleway as well as a car drive. Would not have complained or given a bad review if they had picked up all the long sharp screws they used to fix things in place instead of discarding in the gravel driveway. But this is definitely not safe. Will they reimburse an injury to a child hurt on one of them or a tyre puncture? What about dogs and horses going up and down the bridleway which runs through that exact same driveway? Highly doubt so. Very poor quality for the monitored cameras too. Sporadic erratic 247 call centre responses but the emailed videos were really poor. Also once a camera had been triggered the entire system for each site we had installed was disarmed until we physically re-armed with the tag readers both of which are outside the house and the 2nd site. So if away from home then after a bird has disarmed the system it stays that way. We were not given that information until we called an engineer to report a faulty system. This supplier has been replaced by a more robust and more reliable one.
From the first phone call till the job being completed the service was great. We had Daniel come around and we told him what we had in mind. He them gave us suggestions on the system that would suit our needs. This was not just to secure the house and out buildings but also to control different areas at different times and also to work with our very large 8 stone dog. He was also likeable which is a must for us. The engineer then came round and worked flat out for 8 hours to get the system fitted within a day. He was also likeable. Once the system was fitted we were shown how to operate it with good instruction and he helped with setting up the app for us. I few days later we decided we need to make a slight tweak to the system so I made the call and the fitted it in asap for us to make the changes. All in all we were really impressed and would recommend.
Can't praise this company enough for the system that they have fitted! Very reliable and great cost! Would highly recommend
