Awful awful service. 18 months we've been waiting to have our locks fixed (which they fitted) and we are still waiting. When they did pop in to fix them they said they needed something from the van and we haven't seen them since. Absolutely outrageous. So much for life time guarantee. We are now fixing them ourselves. 15NBS
