Balmoral Systems was established in 1997, initially as a Fire Alarm company, based in Bristol. After working many years within large organisations in the Fire and Security industry, Balmoral grew out of frustration at the customers not getting the service they expected. We have been installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguishers and all aspects of Fire and Security products. We are located in Bristol and have many long term contracts within the South West including Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Exeter, Gloucester, Swindon, Wells, and Weston-Super-Mare.

A Fire Extinguisher may be the simplest and easiest way to control a small fire. They are an essential part of your fire safety equipment. The quick response and use of a Fire Extinguisher may prevent a fire escalating from a minor incident to a major disaster. Balmoral Fire Extinguisher engineers are fully trained and qualified to BS5306 Parts 3 and 8. Our engineers are trained by The Fire Protection Association (FPA) in line with BAFE recommendations. All Fire Extinguishers need to be inspected and serviced annually (subject to a risk assessment), to ensure they are in date, certificated and that they will operate efficiently every time.

Emergency Lights are designed to illuminate, when the power supply to the normal lighting fails. They are secondary lighting, so that people will be able to find their way out of a building when power fails. From simple bulk heads, LED lighting and exit signs to fully addressable self testing systems, we can provide you with a solution. Balmoral Designers are qualified and trained to design Emergency Lighting, to the current regulations including BS5266 Part 1. We can design, install, commission and maintain a wide range of Emergency Lighting systems.

Burglar Alarms (or Intruder Alarms ) offer a significant deterrent, whether to protect your entire site, single property or specific high risk areas. Immediate reporting of an incident is essential and connection to a 24 hour monitoring station through BT Redcare or Dual Com is most effective. CCTV is a visible effective deterrent protecting your property, premises and personal safety. The cameras may be linked to a monitoring station providing 24 hour service, allowing an immediate response on an incident. Simpler systems can involve the cameras connected to a hard disk recorder and may be monitored remotely through PC or mobile phone. We work with leading CCTV Manufacturers to provide the most suitable product for you and will develop a system to meet your particular needs and risks.
