Consists of regular visits throughout the year carrying out weed control, grass cutting, litter collection, hedge cutting, pruning, sweeping and maintaining car park areas and any other duties you wish to include.

This area requires regular cleaning to maintain the value of your property and we can supply this service for you with our fully employed and trusted staff. Defective light bulbs and any repairs needed will be reported to you or your management company.
