The FIA (Fire Industry Association) issued the news yesterday that fire alarm technicians are considered key workers, when they are responding to alarms or system failures. The safety of our employees, customers and partners is paramount and so each enquiry will be individually risk assessed and addressed accordingly. Our office will be closed with an administrator working from home in order to monitor calls and we will continue to operate our 24 hour emergency call out.
