MGS was established in 1999 by Matt Miller after he completed his 5 year degree apprenticeship in what many consider to be one of the finest privately owned gardens in the UK. Since then we have designed over 100 gardens, built and planted many of these, care for over 200 acres each month and carry out many single aspect projects such as driveways, paving, tree work, planting, and we have a web shop supplying hedging and trees. Uniquely our staff are real Gardeners and Landscapers trained by the RHS and/or Horticultural Colleges meaning we know what to do, how and when.

From our bases in Braintree & Sudbury we care for over 100 acres each month throughout Essex, Suffolk, Cambridge & Herts. We specialise in the maintenance and development of #Large Gardens and Estates but are equally at home caring for Domestic Plots. We are members of the "#Association of Professional Landscapers", Government endorsed "#TrustMark" scheme, we are a #John Lewis Partner, and have received a Silver Merit for National Gardening Company of the year in the National APL awards.
Miller's Garden Services was set up initial as a design practice only to take on the Landscaping, Planting and Garden Maintenance side when outside contractors failed to meet our high standards. We've now designed over 300 gardens from courtyards to large stately gardens in our signature style of "Classic Contemporary". Unusually we offer different levels of service to meet the needs of nearly all clients, including our unique "Online Garden Design" option available nationwide even in the most stringent lockdown situations.
