The ideal candidate will have several years experience in delivering commercial landscape construction contracts comprising hard and soft landscape elements. Holding a clean driving licence, CSCS/CPCS card and certificates to operate a range of machinery the ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of operatives to deliver schemes to a high quality, safely and in the required timescales.

Sustain Landscapes Ltd are BALI Principal Contractors with Constructionline and CHAS Accreditations. This enables us to implement landscape schemes whilst assuring our clients of the highest standards of workmanship and health & safety. We offer a design and build service and seek to build client relationships where expectations can be delivered within agreed budgets and timescales whilst minimising environmental impact, energy use and waste. Client: Bam Construction Contract Value: 34,344 Sustain Landscapes were contracted to carry out the soft landscape elements to the newly constructed Asda Store in Ashington.

Sustain Landscapes Ltd has extensive experience in grounds maintenance offering a tailored service to suit the requirements of each client. Our grounds maintenance staff all carry identification badges and are all subject to health and safety training and CRB checking offering assurance to our clients when working in proximity to children and vulnerable adults. Our grounds maintenance services cover schools and colleges, commercial properties, parish councils, industrial estates, business parks, supermarkets, housing associations, hotels, care homes and sports clubs.
