Just had my kitchen and Bathroom completed by MPTiles and must say we received excellent service from start to finish. The standard of work carried out was to an extremely high standard and can't fault a thing! From choosing what we wanted they designed everything with a lot of good ideas that we hadn't even thought about! Finally they fitted all the Kitchen and Bathroom and I am absolutely amazed, fantasti c quality and service.
I spent 1k on tiles, openly explaining they were part of a long project and assured full boxes could be returned. Tried to return two boxes to be told they have 48(!) hour refund policy. We were shown no evidence of any policy. Poor way to do business.
With the reopening of non essential shops from tomorrow Wednesday 2nd December, we are pleased to announce our showroom will be open again. However this will continue to be by appointment only for the foreseeable future to ensure the safety and well-being of both our customers and staff.
