In 2008, after many years of compromising garden designs to accommodate poor standard garden buildings constructed by shed manufacturers, Hutchinsons opened its own small workshop in a barn behind a local garden centre. Its main objective was to design and create garden buildings that were scaled to fit our clients' needs and would enhance their gardens rather than having to be screened from view. Our bespoke garden rooms were originally reserved for our own landscaping projects, but we began to get interest from other garden designers and landscapers who also recognised the huge benefits that our hand built structures could bring to their own projects - and from these small beginnings, Hutchinsons Garden Buildings has grown to become one of the foremost builders of bespoke garden rooms in the region.
