Every Sigma 3 customer benefits from having a dedicated Installation Manager. It is their job to manage the process of fitting your kitchen right from the point of ordering to the point where you sign it off as a happy customer! To ensure your kitchen fit goes smoothly, your dedicated Installation Manager will visit your home to complete a survey. During this visit the items on your order, along with all the measurements, will be double checked with you. Once the installation survey has been carried out, your new kitchen can begin its journey through our factory.

Once you are happy with your kitchen design, it is then sent to our 70,000 square foot factory in Llantrisant. Your perfect kitchen is then ready to be made by our team of over 200 local employees in our temperature controlled factory. Our expert technicians and craftsmen will then carefully assemble your cabinets, before high quality Blum hinges, drawers and internal fixtures are fitted. Your door of choice will then be fitted to your beautiful matching or contrasting cabinet. A final check is then carried out on all the cabinets, worktops and shelves that make up your perfect kitchen.

Previously had my kitchen fitted with sigma 3.. From the start of the project we had a lovely bunch of men doing the prep work ripping the old kitchen out.. Plastering were needed, new electrics new floor which is stunning, when the kitchen was finally finished it was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much to all team at sigma 3 at Newport Gwent.. Also the young girl that done all the plans and helped us through the process thanks katey Moore much appreciated...

Made a visit to the Abergavenny Showroom, Served by Emma.
Emma came to my home and we discussed what we wanted from our kitchen then went away and worked out what was possible.
Being a small space it was tricky, we have 2 corner base units that are easy to access and wall units that go to the ceiling. Josh overcame the fitting difficulties due to the house being old and floors not level and we now have a Beautiful modern useful kitchen. Well done Abergavenny, Small and Efficient team.

We went to Sigma, because they installed a kitchen for our daughter. Jose Novoa was the designer, and he was brilliant, he came to our home listened to what we wanted and designed a great kitchen. The installation manager was Gavin Challinor who also visited our home and he was also excellent, kept in touch with us throughout. The builder was Andrew Cawley who again was very good as was everyone who he sent to carry out any work. I must also mention the men who delivered the kitchen, and the men who collected the rubbish as they worked very hard on their visits. Thank You very much we are so pleased with our new kitchen.

From beginning to end the whole experience of buying a Sigma 3 kitchen from Country Kitchens in Esher was flawless and everything happened when they said it would. I could not find fault if I tried to. Great customer service from showroom staff and fitting team - Phil, Steve, Chris, Jack, Rob. Thank you, we love our beautiful kitchen and the quality is amazing.

Just had a new bedroom fitted with Sigma3 and yes I have given them 5 stars which is very seldom with myself. From Rei coming out to design (amazing) was followed by Jason doing the electrics with so much advice and nothing was too much trouble for him when asked. Electrics totally satisfied with. Then there was Jonn Paul who fitted them. Again an amazing job was done and so quickly. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I was very impressed with the attention to detail by the design team in Abergavenny. I didn't feel pressured into making hasty decisions. The staff knew their product well and listened to what I wanted. There were delays which were understandable in the present climate but I was always kept up to date with the situation. The fitters and the trades that they contracted worked cleanly and efficiently to a high standard of finish.

Sigma 3 recently fitted bedroom furniture for me and I am so delighted with the outcome. In previous homes I have used Sigma 3 for both bedroom and kitchen, and every time I have been so pleased with the results. their team , Shirley Yau Designer, Petros the fitter and Gavin who oversees the project, work so well together and the company should be proud of them.
