Ricard Kitchens

My name is Mike Rickards. I started Ricard Kitchens in 1976 and believe I was the first to start a kitchen refurbishment business after thinking it was a waste to throw out kitchen units when they could be refurbished with new doors and worktops etc. I got together with a local firm to make me doors, panels and tops. It was a big success! Since then, we became a family business when my son Alistair joined me in his teens. He also attended technical college to study carpentry, We now have our own workshop with all the latest machinery, where we make our doors, worktops, units etc.

We take your existing kitchen and update it with beautiful replacement doors and worktops, and if required, extra units, shelves, plinths, panels, sinks and taps. They are all made to measure in our workshop, and we can even supply you with a completely new kitchen. We can give you a new look kitchen in just one day!
