Presentation, presentation, presentation! Focusing on the most important aspects with an Interior Designer's trained eye, we always take a few props including fresh cut flowers, try to remove clutter and personal effects or re-arrange artwork, hide or disguise obvious cabling etc. and minimise bric-a-brac and ornamentation in order to produce a set of photographs that showcase the property to its very best potential. A home staging photo shoot will usually take between two and three hours (excluding travelling time) and the photographs will then be carefully selected and edited as necessary.
