I had an outside light fitted and have had repeated problems with it. They came and took the light away that I paid for literally years ago.and said they would fit a new one. and despite being told repeatedly they will sort it, it still has not been corrected. I spoke to them earlier this year and they said they would sort in in May. when the weather gets better. I am still waiting. Solicitors next it looks like. they can't say I haven't been very patient.
