Working with an interior designer should make your project easier. They should respond to your ideas and work within your requirements and budget - not theirs. If you've never worked with an interior designer before you might find this list of suggestions helpful. I have a group of craftsmen and tradesmen whom I trust and work with regularly. However if you have people that you would normally use for these tasks them I am happy to work with them.
