Steve is the Company's Managing Director and the driving force behind Waller Building Services. Having carried out his apprenticeship as a quantity surveyor with Peach Contractors Ltd in the late 1980's and early 1990's, the opportunity arose to found his own company in July 1993. Showing the entrepreneurial skills he inherited from his father, Steve was able to establish good working relationships with his clients during the Company's infancy. It is from this solid foundation that the Company has been able to grow to where it is today.

Waller Glazing Services is the most recent division to be set up by Waller Associates Limited. In 2010 our glazing manager, Paul Hayward, joined us. Paul has over 30 years' experience in the glazing industry. He was previously our contact when we required glass or UPVC windows for building projects. Our vision is to be the most advanced, forward thinking glazing company around. Consequently, a state of the art workshop enabling our clients to have the ability to obtain quotes, request a survey and use us for our expert advice.

Since forming in 1993, Waller Building Services has developed a core client base consisting of housing associations, local authorities, schools and large corporations to whom we have provided a variety of construction services. We are registered with Constructionline, a government lead database, which enables all prospective clients to find out more information about us and to see if we are suitable for their construction needs.
