Replacement double glazing in solid mahogany window frames.
What can I say? Absolutely professional. I knew when I watched Ryan measuring our window frames. Several measurements in various places to ensure no errors due to the frames settling. On day of installation old glass was removed after some considerable effort. The glass was over 30 years old and bedded in rock hard putty. Tim arrived to help Ryan install the new glass. Ryan installed all new beading and sealant. I'm more than pleased and would readily recommend them.

Keith and his staff are a rare breed amongst businesses nowadays. They are reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, and highly skilled.
The work they carried out for us included fitting a secondary glazing unit - we live in a listed building so cannot have double glazing- replacing a pane of glass, and insulating windows in other rooms.
The secondary unit they put in was on a very large sash window, it was beautifully fitted and so unobtrusive it enabled us to retain the character and look of the original windows. All of the work was carried out efficiently, incredibly neatly, and with considerable expertise, by Keith and Ryan. Communication before having the job done was very efficient, with Tim in the office keeping us informed at every stage.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KG Bell, they really do go that extra mile for their clients. Now we know how wide their skills are we will definitely be using them to do further work and on the house, knowing they will do an excellent job at reasonable cost.

Keith carried out repairs to a stained glass window on our landing. He and his colleague did a first class job, we are thrilled with the results. It looks lovely. In addition his charge was very reasonable and he was extremely reliable and professional. We would definitely use him again.

This company is amazing. I had a huge window made for my study. The team listened to my requests, stayed true to my design and supported my choice of glass colours. Nothing was too much trouble. The window wasn't an easy construction, as it wasn't in a traditional style and involved using quite large pieces of glass, but I felt totally confident that my window would be achieved. When it was finished it was really beautiful and constructed with great craftsmanship. It fitted precisely when it was installed and everything was very streamlined. Following a neighbour’s recommendation, K G Bell Ltd carried out the repair and refurbishment of my daughter’s stained glass door and panels in her +100 year old porch. The main panel had cracked glass and had become loose over time and the glazing had become dull.
Keith’s expert fitter carefully removed the damaged glass, inserting a toughened glass pane, whilst the stained glass went to the workshop for rebuilding and repairing. The broken panels of glass were replaced with glass which matched the original.
After an expert restoration the 3 panels were returned and reinstalled, leaving the toughened glass in place for additional reinforcement.
The installation was carried out on time and the house left spotlessly clean.
It is wonderful to find such craftsmanship and a company that offers a quality service at a reasonable price.

What a great company. They came to measure for replacement double glazed glass for the whole house the same day I enquired. Came back with a very competitive price and we placed an order immediately. The lead time was meant to be 6 weeks but we had a message 2 weeks later from them to arrange installation.
Great service, lovely people and would recommend them to everyone.
