From the initial meeting with Josh to picking walltiles and fittings for our bathroom, through to My wife changing her mind over floor tiles at least 4 times nothing was a problem. The actual fitting from taking out the old bathroom fittings and completely retiling and refitting only took 4 days.
The lads on the job were superb and we love our new bathroom.
We would not hesitate to recommend Boldon Bathrooms and kitchens a fantastic job from start to finish. Thanks so much.

Initial install took around 3 months to finish after many snags and leaks, it was quoted at being 1 week. We had times of being unable to use the room totalling around 2 weeks (not including installation time). After a few months we developed another leak,I assume from a previous attempted fix. After 6 weeks from notifying them, 22 consecutive days of which I was unable to use the room I finally asked them to leave the job. To which I'll have to find an alternative installer.

The installation of the bathroom suite is superb.
Also, the communication from Matthew in the actual office meant that any problems (which were minimal) was resolved ASAP without any issues.
Once the job was complete, all scrap from the old suite and any remaining material was removed from my drive the next day.

Boldon Bathrooms installed a new bathroom & shower in July 2018. The shower never worked properly & in November 2018 an engineer was called out and installed a pump, which gave us a functioning shower. That is until recently in June 2022. The pump keeps cutting out and we called in a plumber, having received no joy from Boldon Bathrooms. We are told the installation is the problem. Once we got back to Boldon Bathrooms they have simply stonewalled us and have denied installing the pump. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The whole job was badly done and their customer service seems to be even worse.

Our Bathroom was finished to perfection. We are very happy with the end result,even though there were a few snags along the way. Everything was resolved and all of the fitters were very polite and friendly., The showroom is excellent , with lots to choose from ,well worth a visit. We definitely recommend Boldon Baths and Tiles Ltd.

What a brilliant company to work with. Friendly, efficient and listen to what you want. Our kitchen and bathroom were refurbished completely. Including walls taken down, ceilings & floors replaced and all done while we were living in London. We were updated with videos and phone calls throughout. What could have been so stressful was made so much easier. Amazing results to return home to. I can’t thank Gary and the lads who did the work enough.

So pleased with the result, couldn't believe my tiny bathroom could look so good. 1st class service from professional team. They certainly delivered from Monday to Wednesday and all rubbish removed. Will definitely make this my first visit for my kitchen in future.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have saved money for many months to get a new bathroom, looked at many places & although Boldon had many bad reviews they also had good ones so I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, the guy who I spoke to came out measured he was polite & helpful I later went into the showroom to pick my suite & although it was a little rushed the guy was again polite. He worked out the price agreed that it would be 1600 to pay cash to fitter then that left approx 3000 to pay I said that I'd like to pay cash for some & possible finance the rest, that was no problem he even told me financing the whole lot would be approximate 64 per month. In the week before they ring to say fitters would be there on the Monday I mention the finance as I hadn't heard anything they say 3 different things, firstly it should be done 2 weeks before (I was told a week)so why did they not get in touch with me they knew I was requesting a finance package, second version well the guy who does the finance was furloughed so he couldn't have sorted it out, well I'm sure paperwork could have been sent through the post, third version, well you're supposed to sort your own finance out, they actually said to me 'when you buy a car you go to the garage WITH your own finance & buy a car that way!!! It's the same for their bathrooms. Really I've bought more than my fair share of cars in my life & I have never sorted my own out. So 3 different versions of why my finance wasn't sorted, but I was told a week & I should have done it myself I have consequently had to cancel my bathroom. I have not once had an apology for this mistake just 2 people being very snotty on the phone to me. Then a call off a guy called Dave to ask if I still wanted to sort out the finance again no apology not one, they lost a 5grand sale & will never recommend boldon bathrooms.
All it would have taken would have been sorry for the mistake let us try & rectify this & get you your bathroom but no nothing! Only good thing that came out of this is I'm getting my deposit back!

10/10 service, saw boldon bathrooms the the television advert i came in, sorted a measure out and it ended up being a great decision to go with boldon bathrooms, came out with the best bathroom i could imagine thanks to the sales team and everyone involved.

Kitchen fitted by Martin and I’m delighted with it! Highly recommend! Plenty of choice in the showroom and excellent aftersales. No pushy or pressure sales techniques, gave me a price and Chris was very patient in letting me change the design and products. All the old kitchen removed as part of the price. No hassle from start to finish.

Recently had a en-suite done by Boldon Bathrooms. Excellent service throughout. The designer Josh was very polite and professional, Alan the Fitter was very articulate and made sure we where happy and Mathew the aftersales manager contacted us throughout and even checked in with us after to make sure we were happy. All the rubbish was removed and our property was left clean and tidy. Very pleased with the overall experience and we would highly recommend.
