This client had recently moved in to their property and found that most aspects of the garden weren't fit for purpose. The lawn area was unusable in the Winter months due to severe drainage issues, the patio was a death trap and they were convinced that the area was paved in bathroom tiles! The decking had seen better days, as had the log roll that was rotting. So a complete overhaul it was! We started with the drainage issues, we dug out trenches across the area, installed drainage pipes and soakaway crates, filled with shingle and re-filled and re-levelled the lawn area.

This customer came to us after having an unfortunate experience with a rogue landscaper. It was our prerogative to give this client a seamless service and ensure that they felt like they were using a reputable company. The brief was pretty clear, the customer knew what they wanted from the garden. The lawn area was on a slope away from the house with a step up to an area where there was to be a concrete base. We were instructed to create a level garden from the steps to the end of the garden. To enable us to do this we shifted a lot of earth from higher areas to aid with the re-levelling.
