If you just need a slip resistant stair tread, we have a range of products from the extremely long lasting Pro Tread TM, MIF Universal stair tread or GRP treads and planks. A combined solution of nosing and planks can be quoted to include street furniture such as tactile paving, railings or drainage. The treads can be almost any colour you require and a UV stable sight lines can be added.

Midland Industrial Flooring has a range of products to suit any walkway. Using our MIF Timber treads for an anti slip solution for new installation boardwalks, to rejuvenating existing walks with our MIF Grip water proof and wearing course applied insitu to the existing timbers, or concrete structures. MIF Acme Panels can be used as an overlay to existing structures, or structural panels as required. The finish of the panels can range from natural stone or any colour from on RAL or BS charts. Cycle ways, UV stable sightlines and other markings can be added as required.
Midland Industrial Floorings understands the importance of the consultation process to arrive at the most cost effective solution for your specific requirements. The design team can produce detailed or general arrangement drawings from either site survey information or client's structural drawings. Drawings are available for client approval prior to manufacture. Final drawings are then used to assist with installation and act as a record of the project. Whenever necessary, our design department carries out full site surveys, collates dimensional information, ensures panels follow the profile of the area accurately and checks that the fixing placements aesthetic consideration and installation constraints are properly addressed.
MIF Infrastructure composite panels, which incorporate the original Acme panel, are bespoke, made to precise survey measurements carried out by our experienced survey team. The panel system is designed to fulfil a wide range of applications including Railway Platforms, Walkways, Subways, Over Bridge Spans and Landings and for work access platforms and walkways. Engineering grade plywood manufacturing technology has significantly improved over recent years and MIF have combined this technology with other composite materials and launched a range of overlay and structured flooring panel products to provide greater strength and functional longevity.
