My review seems to have gone missing for some reason, but I will try again as I really want people to know of our experience. We used Images Kitchens about 16 years ago and couldn't praise them highly enough, so had no hesitation in going to them when we wanted a new bathroom at the beginning of March. I especially asked that the bathroom would be complete by Msy 24th as I had some more work being done which included the bathroom. I was assured that would not be a problem. It is now June 25th and my bathroom is not finished. I had ordered the bath and cistern from a specialist company and there was no tiling required. In all it amounted to a shower. Flooring, and some some skirting. A small bathroom required a shower taking out and replaced with a bath/shower. So nothing that a good company could not do it a few weeks. We would go days and not see anybody, they would then come for an hour or two then you wouldn't see them fir another week. The work that they did was awful with no attention to detail, making stupid errors causing more problems. The fitters and their manager were appalling. No consideration was given to out home or its contents, They then bought in a Handyman to finish the job and out right all the problems, he is still here! We cannot get Geoff or Paul to answer texts, voicemails, emails Nothing. I could go on and I can provide photos, so if you are considering using Images My advise is DONT
