Atkinson Contracting was established in 1967 as a family business originally specialising in mechanical and civil engineering, which incorporated drainage. In 1991, we decided to expand with the addition of fencing, landscaping, tree surgery and agricultural contracting and we still remain a family business today. We are registered with EFIA, so from start to finish, we can complete your job to a professional standard, whatever the size. All our staff also hold CSCS Cards.
We have completed many contracts which include a simple garden fence to a total garden makeover; estate fencing over 12,000+ metres, agricultural contracts and complete livestock/equestrian handling installations. The majority of our work is carried out in Cornwall. However, we have completed contracts all over the United Kingdom. As a Company, recycling and environmental issues are of utmost importance and we will endeavour to use sustainable products, where at all possible.
We are skilled installers of all types of agricultural fencing, from stock fencing through to barbed wire and electric fencing; wooden and galvanised steel gates also erected. All equestrian handling/schooling and cattle handling installations catered for.
